Government for dummies
My Thoughts
I do really appreciate this video, its cute, funny, smart, and really does a good job at getting people to see the ludicrous nature of the society in which we live. It has its place, like all things, and from that level, I would say that this video missed an important explanation.
Speaking from the level of this video
The reason the THRONG does what the little dot says is because the THRONG is not all bunched together as is shown in the video. The THRONG is actually scattered, divided, separated and fighting amongst itself. And this is in fact the plan behind the little dot (or really, the plan of the power BEHIND the little dot, the dot that is much smaller and rarely seen). We’ve all heard the phrase “Divide & Conquer” from the ever famed book The Art of War, right? By creating the multi-party system, and even the various religions, the effect is literally a division of the THRONG. By creating an economic system that enforces different castes, you are also dividing the THRONG even further. And if everyone is indoctrinated to believe that MONEY = POWER, then make sure the economy is built like a pyramid so that those with the most money are so few, and those with the least money are the masses. The masses will feel powerless, as they are simply just struggling to survive. THIS IS KEY RIGHT HERE! Survival is key to controlling the masses. And this is the TRUE reason behind “taxation” and “inflation”. In the last few decades, the middle class grew exponentially and even created the upper middle class as a pretty good throng on its own. This is a bigger threat than anything to that little dot. Something must be done to wipe out this powerful middle class, to get those people back into survival mode so they don’t have the time/energy/space to think about anything other than paying their mortgage and putting food on the table.
And so comes greater taxes, more wars (lookie here at this hand so you don’t see what the other hand is doing!), and the organised crash of the monetary value globally. By simultaneously raising taxes and creating artificial inflation (print more money, give it to the top of the pyramid), they effectively put a hurting on the entire world. Combine that with organised media campaign to convince the THRONG that there is a recession happening (hey its on the news, it must be true, right?), and you have exactly what they needed: Get the THRONG back into survival mode — they become every man for himself, separation complete, now back to easy management of the THRONG.
So with all of us feeling so separated from one another, we are smaller than that dot, and when we see the enforcers go out and whack someone for not playing along with their demands, we fear that will happen to us if we do not play along. That is why the dot ensures lots of media coverage on that one person that got nailed — and even the independent media LOVES to cover that kind of thing, as they think by making their free thinking reader-base aware of the atrocities that it’ll somehow make things better. Or maybe that media outlet has really lost sight of its original intentions and is more interested in promoting great dramas so they can increase their reader-base and thus their profits. Hey, there’s a business to “conspiracy theories”, why not greed it up ya? We all know how we humans tune in to negative drama, its what sells, so just think about that next time you read that conspiracy newsletter or website.
(Just to be clear, I personally believe that the “conspiracies” out there seem way more realistic than the spoon fed reality we are given through schooling and traditional media. But there is a healthy way to take it, and an unhealthy way. More on that in some other blog post someday.)
Now, speaking from a higher vibration…
Yes, I get it, there’s no mistaking the “wrongness” of our society and government. But is the resolution found in activism? Is the resolution found in fighting back? Think about what has created this society we live in. If you really look at the root, you’ll find it to be that we as individuals believe we are separate from one another. We coagulate with people similar to us, but internally there’s still a strong basis of us vs them. By continuing this core belief (us vs them) we are only perpetuating the society we are currently in. Even if we succeed with a momentary outcry from the horde, and get a little of what we said we want, its truthfully a small concession that will be eased back into proper position over time. You can see this as true when you look at the history of our society: the THRONG makes a breakthrough, but after the dust settles over a few decades, things go back into the same motion they were before.
So WHY IS THIS SO?
Reality is a reflection of our inner truth.
Read that again, and again, and again until it dings inside.
Our society is but a reflection of whats inside each one of us. If you can be honest enough with yourself, you will SEE/FEEL the war within you. You are a complicated being with many voices and many wills inside you. And often times, they are warring with each other. One fighting for expression over the other, one trying to dominate the other, etc. Look familiar does it?
As each one of us realize the Truth behind the world we live in, that is is merely a reflection of the world within us, we enter our true power. Suddenly things like “we are all one” start to make sense. You start to understand why that person called just after you got done thinking or talking about them. You start to understand why when you fall in love with that new car you want to buy, suddenly you start to see that car everywhere; whereas before, you never noticed it. You’ll begin to understand why all the ancient mystics have always said things like “Be the change you wish to see in the world. — Gandhi”.
When a problem is someone elses, you are powerless. When the problem is within you, you are in power. And yet in our society, we train ourselves to blame others which is just our way of relinquishing our power. We must consider what would happen if we found a way to always make ourselves responsible for whatever it is we observe outside ourselves. This is the path to regaining your Free Will and Inner Power.
Realize that your judgement on an external situation should be used to GUIDE you internally. But more often than not, we misuse our Judgement, externalising it and pointing our fingers outwards. Think of the finger pointing as a wand, and when you direct that wand, you flow energy. You pour your power out so its no wonder you are angry, its no wonder you feel like you can’t change it, its no wonder you want to explode and fight… but will that get you what you truly want?
So what do you think?
The path to everlasting change lies within. Do you agree? Let me know what you think, and how these words make you feel!
I’ll end this post with a more comical video that is similar to the video above, but far more entertaining:
